Left on the screen to "pause" for a long time (~ 1 hour.) While watching the movie on the LCD. Is it a problem?
Was watching a movie and stopped the film. I got busy with something more than an hour or a little more. When I returned, the picture is even on the screen. I've heard Plasma TVs have problems when you leave the picture on "pause" for a while and burn an image on the screen. Are there known issues with LCD TVs? I have Samsung LCD TV 4041.
Anyone can get screen burn-in if you are subject to the same image for long periods of time. Fortunately for you, this day means for the years months of the same image that burns in the (always look at a display of old ATM?). If you do not already have a ghost or a shadow on the screen warning, then do not worry, just do not make it a habit.
