how do i hook up a laptop to my plasma?
hi. i just bought a new plasma (samsung 5064) that has the ability for me to hook up my laptop to it, but the cable & instructions on the tv manual doesn’t seem to support the configuration on my laptop (hp pavilion entertainment) which i got in 2/2007. unfortunately, i already lost the manual to the laptop so couldn’t refer to that, but did find on hp’s website what all the i/o’s are (below). would someone know what cable(s) i need? i really appreciate it. it’s 1 of the reasons i got this particular plasma.

You just need a standard vga to vga cable. connect it to your computer then to the tv. on the laptop press the fn button and the button to enable external screen viewing (possibly f5) and then change the source or input on the plasma to VGA or RGB
