the establishment of service if ethernet?
(Mal try to explain this as clearly as possible) I am trying to establish a wireless connection in my apartment in my desk because the internet connection installed in mybedroom and not in my living room which is where I want to configure the computer. I bought a linksys router, and a USB adapter. I followed the instructions as carefully as possible, however the setup wizard provides instructions for creating only with a modem and I have a modem for my internet comes from the wall socket. I tried it anyway but I get a message saying "Router can not connect Internet. "im not sure what I'm doing wrong. I would appreciate any help.
Forget about the router wizard. If you saved any adjustment, power pluged into the router, press the reset button on the back until you see reset (hold 10 seconds). Have nothing exept pluged in power and connect your computer at port 4. After connecting your computer to wait for it to connect to it, takes a few seconds once your connection can open the Internet browser to http://192.168.1.1 username and password are each "admin".
