my wireless router is slow??
how do i make my wireless router speed go faster when i am playing online ps2. i only have one computer connected to it, a modem and my ps2. it completely slows down when i am playing. my internet speed is 2meg and it still affects my gameplay. my router is a D-Link WBR2310. it sucks especially playing my winning eleven 2007 for ps2. i always get my but kick. any tips to make it go faster????. please post step by step process if you have any suggestions. thanks guys
It is possible that you are not getting 10MB out of the wireless. If the signal is bad, it will be much less.
Also if there is interference with wireless phones (not cell phones) using the same channel (your phone or a neighbor), then you’ll lose speed. A competing wireless network may be a problems too. Use the router setup to try a different channel.Usually the default channel is 10. Try a different channel.
