How I can increase my wireless signal from my router more?
hello in my home, parents have a Linksys wireless G router and I can pick up the signal on my laptop over 100 meters away sometimes …. I recently got a house and moved about 1 / 4 mile from my parents. the best way to capture the wireless signal? become larger as the best imitation 9dBi antennas ebay or get a booster someother type? I also thought of a can antenna super but I'd go the cheaper route since it will split the bill if I can get a signal
Best idea is to get a directional antenna, both premises. Because you need to send and receive data to and from the router will need a decent antenna in both houses.
