Extended wireless card for laptop?
I looked around to other questions on here about how to increase range wireless, but all go in circles. Leo was sent to a site about making an antenna from a coffee can, and although interesting, I do not understand in a way that correlates to be connected to a computer or internet .. so … does not help me. Other people talked about increasing range of wireless Internet, putting range extender antennas in the router. But what I wonder is whether it can increase the range from a laptop, not the router. Is there some kind of wireless card that can be used as a range extender? I have looked on e-Bay and bestbuy.com for something, but they are all the cards for mobile phone usage in general, if your laptop does not already have it. Am I I missing something?
if u look at different cards are rated to rank some others .. I bought a USB from a Newegg that increased my range of 50-75 feet … and responds fast for any reason at any range …
