Is this a good router?
I found a good deal on a router line, but do not check much with it. Can anyone tell me how good this is? Link: http://DealNews.com/CP-Technologies-Level-One-802-11-g-Wireless-Broadband-Router-for-9-after-rebate-free-shipping/230229.html my Internet connection is 100Mbps. There are 2 laptops with wireless adapters 802.11b / g. Minimum 4 computers must be able to connect to a wired connection. I like information on this product. Please do not suggest other routers.
Here are some of the clients http://www.buy.com/prod/cp-technologies-levelone-wbr-3408-wireless-broadband-router-1-x-wan-4/q/loc/101/204419885. html comment # Like any router cRevSec cheap no name, it overheats if there are multiple clients connected to it causing it to reboot and loose connection. Buy a router real. Dlink DIR-625 is a good 802.11n. Linksys WRT54G for 802.11g. I also doubt your WAN connection is 100Mbps. It is likely that your LAN. Test your speed here http://www.speedtest.net/ If it's more than 10,000 kbps, get a real 802.11n router so you do not see the slowness of the connection of either slow-speed WAN to LAN routing or poor real world wireless bandwidth.
