Wireless G Router-2 questions?

Best answer is to answer the two-first-What is the difference between a Wireless G router and a wireless router N? Second Will either work to connect my itouch, laptop and a separate PC at the same time? If not, how I can do this?

Wireless-G is the maximum speed of 54Mbps and N is maximum speed of 150 Mbps and has a broader scope than G. If your laptop and wireless PC are able to N, then you get increased speed with them. Your iPod Touch is not compatible with Wireless N, so only run at G wireless speeds on a wireless network N.
