Router help …..?
I have a Netgear WPN824 wireless router. I recently got a new computer and connected to my router without problems. I tried to create a static IP address so I could use the chat function of AIM. I still show an excellent connection to my router, but can not connect to the Internet, instant messaging, etc. I tried to go back to my old settings and still not working. I can not find the disk that came with your router's firmware when you got it and downloading Netgear (and other sources) does not work. I can not open the default 192.168.1.1 IP page to change the configuration of my router. I have done all the solution of problems and nothing works. I've called Comcast and have been no help. Is there anything I can do? Thank you.
