My laptop can not find our network, and now wireless blue light flashes intermittently.?
Ok, challenge you, the people … My laptop can find other networks in my area, but my own home network is not on the list. Also, for some reason the network switch Wireless in the on position (usually blue) is intermittently flashing yellow. Besides, I know the router works as I am receiving the signal on my desk with a link to other D, and I also know that the router signal is very strong, as it is in the room next to the laptop and desktop and the signal is always excellent. If you have a suggestion please write in layman's terms, and as I am ready to throw this thing against a wall. (Based on what I have read, may be a virus, but I'm Kaspersky religiously.)
