On my computer I have a torrent client is always running and downloading. my bandwidth ADSL 256 Kb / s. here I have a problem with my network settings. when I try to use internet on my laptop with wireless connection, the torrent client on my pc wired to not allow others to use the Internet bandwidth, each time I want to use the internet on my laptop, I have to limit the torrent download program, and after that again while limiting the client.
