signal strength to get low with my Linksys wireless network adapter WUSB54GSC?
hey guys i recently upgraded to Vista, so I had to get a new network adapter .. with my old Linksys wireless adapter I have "excellent" signal strength bars 4-5 .. 5 now with my WUSB54GSC I'm lucky if I get 3 bars of 5 .. and usually I'm getting 2 bars i have no idea what the problem is, its set up right I think, and the same distance my router / modem, as I was with my old adapter … ive already said I've got the newest drivers off the Linksys website, and ive reinstalled drivers repeatedly im constantly getting disconnected due to my "just" a bad connection can someone please help me out? im looking for thanks accommodations to obtain or 5 bars constant 4 of this adapter .. thanks
Fiddle with the placement of the antenna, both on your PC and the router.
