wireless router vista 64 bit
Getting message from windows vista 64, “another computer on your network has same ip addresss as this one.?

I recently set up a home network using a new computer running Windows Vista 64 bit, an existing computer on AT&T/Yahoo/SBC DSL line with Windows XP. I added a new Belkin N+ router and a wireless printer. Once in a while I get the above message. I checked my subnet mask on both computers and they both show 255.255.255.0. Shouldn’t one show .1 and the other .2 at the end of the subnet address? How do I fix this?
I loaded the Belkin setup cd on the new computer. I always use the new computer myself and that is where I get the message. I am pretty sure I set up as dynamic, not static. I will check that though
