How I can set up wireless printing with an HP PSC 2355?
I have 2 laptops (both with Vista operating system) that use a Belkin wireless modem and router. If I can connect a USB hub to the wireless router via an ethernet cable, then the printer to hub USB data, should laptops be able to see the printer. Or am I being silly? If so, how I can achieve wireless printing? Thanks in advance to all you smart people might be able to help.
That is creative, but it will not work. You can print wirelessly a in two ways. 1. hook the printer to a PC that is a bitch to the router and enable printer sharing, then with the PC and the printer turned on the laptop network configuration scan for a network printer should find your printer and then you can print. 2. You must have a network printer either wired or wireless router to connect the printer to through an ethernet cable or wireless, you can print directly to a laptop through wi-fi. These are only two ways to print form wireless, to my knowledge. Good luck!
